About Locals
- Locals make participation geographic: anyone who rents from any landlord can participate.
- Starting a local is easy: all it takes is 5 TANC voting members. Once you have 5, simply make an announcement at a TANC Assembly.
- Locals have wide breadth to take on new organizing projects, enact mutual support, and function as they please.
- All locals have 1 onboarding steward and 1 organizing steward to help keep work from being siloed.
